Balloon Flight Hampshire

We offer hot air balloon rides from specially selected sites in Hampshire. Please note Virgin Balloon Flights launch sites may differ slightly from ours at Southern Flights. See their full list of locations in Hampshire on their website.

During the balloon flight your pilot will be in contact with the ground crew, who will follow a similar course as the balloon in the recovery vehicles which pick up the hot air balloon and its passengers once the balloon ride is over. Hot air balloons don't have set landing places as the course is determined by the wind direction on the day.

From our West Meon launch site, you can see the Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth, The Solent, Fawley Oil Refinery, The Isle of Wight, Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville and Petersfield. Our Winchester launch site will give views of Winchester Cathedral, Eastleigh, Romsey, Southampton and maybe Salisbury Cathedral or Andover on a good day.
